A BRIEF HISTORY
Devru Construction was founded in 1995 by Kiruben Naidoo and his father, Runga Naidoo. Their first project involved constructing a retaining structure valued at R16 000. The staff compliment included two labourers and a single vehicle. Since then the group has accumulated a wealth of resources and expertise to make them one of the country’s leading engineering companies. After much perseverance during a time of political uncertainty, Devru Construction now employs well over 100 employees and has an annual turnover in excess of R60 million.
